It is ecumenical in nature as Protestants, Catholics, Pentecostals all endorse it. John Greer 1 comment “ Great Sermon! ” Truly inspiring message, and one we would all do well to listen to - esp evangelical Protestants, as John points out the errors in our belief system that have removed us from the pure gospel of Grace Alone as Paul preached about. Its a tough topic to expound on but John has done a superb job in revealing the issues surrounding it, and how we can better connect with the Truth that is in Jesus and His sacrifice for us ALONE for our salvation. As the vineyard is neglected, the protective wall broken down, so is the soul of the unregenerate lost in natural depravity from within and open to every evil influence from without. John Greer 1 comment “ A Most Assuring Sermon ” February 24, 2006 Rev. Greer provides us with an in-depth look at the burnt offering of the ceremonial law, which illustrates so well the truth that Christ is the key to understanding and unlocking the scriptures. In this passage of scripture, we learn the significance of the details of the burnt offering and what they are meant to convey to our souls about Christ's atoning work at Calvary. The acceptance by God of Christ's offering and the sufficiency of that sacrifice made once for all for sin are especially in view in this most instructive and lovely presentation of Christ. (ref. Heb. 10:6-10) We urge you to listen for yourself to discover why Christ alone could fulfill that which was but typified by the burnt offering. What assurance we are given then who put our trust in Christ, who gave himself for us an offering and a sacrifice to God for a sweet smelling savour. (ref. Eph. 5:2) Thank you Rev. If you do not understand what it meant for Christ to be impeccable, or how important it is in this day when this truth is so attacked, then you do not fully understand the "Doctrine of Christ", and this sermnon is excellent. Listen to it! The application to the listener alone is a revival for your soul, and extremely well done. How to defeat Satan may not be better covered anywhere else.
