Today we come at last to the good ground where there is abundant fruit. And it is good to see that there is a good ground. There is a ground where real lasting fruit is found. There is such a thing as those who will bring forth fruit unto eternal life. But remember this. It is only one of the four grounds. There are those who never respond to the gospel. There are those who respond in some way but their response is not one of genuine repentance and they are not converted. We are reminded that strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it. If you are to be genuinely saved then you need to show the characteristics of the good ground. Now let me ask you this. Is your heart good ground for the gospel? It needs to be! Is there hope for you? Is there hope for your soul and hope for eternity then the seed of the gospel will have to fall in good ground for you. So you need to be interested in what the good ground is like here.
