As the result of a protest (held 6 June 1966) against the deepening apostasy, three Free Presbyterian ministers - Revs. Ian Paisley, John Wylie and Ivan Foster - were unjustly accused of being part of an unlawful assembly, unfairly tried and imprisoned for three months in Crumlin Road Gaol, Belfast.
However, as a mirror image of the way in which God transformed the trial of Joseph into a triumph, the Lord issued a stream of blessing throughout Ulster at this time that was nothing short of revival blessing.
