So it's possible for God to lead His own people into temptation? Maybe it matters that Jesus taught this prayer while the first covenant still stood and only a remnant really belonged to the Father.
I suspect you're right in what you pointed out but wondering how to make sense of it.

Give ear to my words, O LORD, consider my meditation. Hearken unto the voice of my cry, my King, and my God: for unto thee will I pray. My voice shalt You hear in the morning, O LORD; in the morning will I direct my prayer unto thee, and will look up. For You art not a God that hath pleasure in wickedness: neither shall evil dwell with thee. The foolish shall not stand in thy sight: You hate all workers of iniquity. You shalt destroy them that speak leasing: the LORD will abhor the bloody and deceitful man. But as for me, I will come into thy house in the multitude of thy mercy: and in thy fear will I worship toward thy holy temple. Lead me, O LORD, in thy righteousness because of mine enemies; make thy way straight before my face. For there is no faithfulness in their mouth; their inward part is very wickedness; their throat is an open sepulchre; they flatter with their tongue. Destroy You them, O God; let them fall by their own counsels; cast them out in the multitude of their transgressions; for they have rebelled against thee. But let all those that put their trust in thee rejoice: let them ever shout for joy, because You defend them: let them also that love thy name be joyful in thee. For You, LORD, wilt bless the righteous; with favor wilt You compass him as with a shield

PS 119:89 For ever, O LORD, thy word is settled in heaven.
IS 55:10 For as the rain cometh down, and the snow from heaven, and return not thither, but water the earth, and make it bring forth and bud, that it may give seed to the sower, and bread to the eater: So shall my word be that goes forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it (Isa 55:10, 11).

For I testify unto every man that heareth the words of the prophecy of this book, If any man shall add unto these things, God shall add unto him the plagues that are written in this book: And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book (Rev. 22:18, 19).

“ Great Sermon! ”
I listened a second time. We truly have to be on alert! We are overtaken by the subtleties of the wicked one. There are days I don't want to go outside. These days are increasing. Keep your heart with all diligence for out of it are the issues of life.

“ Christ the Wrath Absorber ”
What a beautiful explanation of John 3:16 that God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son to absorb the fullest measure of God's anger never seen before and at the same time displaying immeasurable love and passion towards sinners. Love never seen in this measure before. Wrath, punishment of sin never seen in this measure before. This is love, not that we love God, but that he loved us and provided Himself a lamb to take away the sins of the world. Christ the propitiation- the wrath absorber, sin exhauster; the anger absorber. Christ the propitiation for the world. Herein is love, not that we loved God, but that he loved us, and sent his Son. This is why we love.

Hi Yolanda, I'm not talking about being at the end of the Tribulation, or even the beginning, depending on your position...I'm talking about things ramping up at record speed as the prelude of those things that are yet to come.
"ramping up for sure." May God give us a panoramic view of the simultaneous unfolding of his plan.

The Gospel is the power of God unto salvation. This is what we are called to do. Imagine if all believers prayed according to scripture (harvest time) that the Lord of the harvest would sent us forth into the harvest. Imagine what would happen if all believers got hold of the essentials of the Gospel and in one day or even one week hit the market place. Imagine how our heavenly Father must be grieved over our sin of carelessness and the sin of presumption that we can just sit and let the world be lullaby'ed (?) to Hell.

What a testimony! It was a fruitful and wonderful blessing to hear the testimony about your grandma and that our God, C. T., yes, our God can save an old anything. I can’t wait to meet your grandma. You have lifted my spirit in praise unto him. Oh that men would praise the Lord for his goodness and his wonderful works unto the children of men. May God richly bless your labors.

Nor am I ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believes; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek. I will not be silenced!

There is nothing wrong with being white!

And all things are of God, who hath reconciled us to himself by Jesus Christ, and hath given to us the ministry of reconciliation; To wit, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them; and hath committed unto us the word of reconciliation. Now then we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God did beseech you by us: we pray you in Christ's stead, be ye reconciled to God. For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him ( 2 Cor. 5:18-21).
Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen (MT 28:19, 20).
EPH 4:29 Let no corrupt communication proceed out of your mouth, but that which is good to the use of edifying, that it may minister grace unto the hearers And be ye kind one to another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God for Christ's sake hath forgiven you.… (Eph. 4:29, 32).
