“God be merciful unto us, and bless us; and cause his face to shine upon us; Selah.
That thy way may be known upon earth, thy saving health among all nations.
Let the people praise thee, O God; let all the people praise thee.
O let the nations be glad and sing for joy: for thou shalt judge the people righteously, and govern the nations upon earth. Selah.
Let the people praise thee, O God; let all the people praise thee.
Then shall the earth yield her increase; and God, even our own God, shall bless us.
God shall bless us; and all the ends of the earth shall fear him” (Psalm 67).

This is a “missionary” psalm that reminds us of God’s mercy toward his people and the lost. God’s people have a duty to live according to the call; beseeching men to be reconciled to him.
That is our mission.

May God grant us repentance and deliver us, your once again “stiff-necked people” from pride and self- preservation. Cause us to spread love, joy, and peace among the nations.

Sermon:
A Missionary Psalm

“ Timely Sermon! ”
Is this EARTHQUAKE coupled with a SUNAMI God's severe mercy to bring this entire nation to repentance in faith toward Jesus Christ? It was only a few years ago that the Imam's forbade their people to go to a newly build Christian hospital that had the most current technology. Psalm 67 is a prayer for Indonesians. Certainly remember the brethren there. Pray that there's a continual and effectual body of God's co-laborers there to bring the Gospel to this nation. May God cause ourselves to seek to please him in all our ways. God be merciful unto us, and bless us; and cause his face to shine upon us; Selah. God shall bless us; and all the ends of the earth shall fear him. Tearfully pray. Make we pour out our hearts for them and other nations. May God grant his people repentance and spare us.

Is this EARTHQUAKE coupled with a SUNAMI God's severe mercy to bring this entire nation to repentance in faith toward Jesus Christ?

It was only a few years ago that the Imam's forbade their people to go to a newly build Christian hospital that had the most current technology.

This Psalm seems to be the only adequate and appropriate prayer for these people.

There seems to be no other way to respond to the recent calamity Indonesia is experiencing, except tearful prayer.

Certainly remember the brethren there. Pray that there's a continual and effectual body of God's co-laborers there to bring the Gospel to this nation. May God cause ourselves to seek to please him in all our ways.

Frank wrote:
The democrats want women to be able to murder their unborn children as a choice. They don’t consider the life in the womb to be a life. They have a base that pretty much demands this be able to take place whereas the republicans will simply put restrictions on this procedure. One is definitely worse than the other, but both are complicit in murder. I remember Watters on FOX news saying sanctimoniously that abortions should be rare, safe and personal. (Even Hillary's abortion rules are rare, safe and personal) That is the typical political or media conservative’s thoughts. And then of course we have our Jim who tosses in the fictional life of the mother exception.
The mere fact that the majority of folks living in the U.S. actually support abortions in some form or another is actually still shocking to me.
It is simply a way for the feminists or their supporters to continue to attempt to undo God’s gender roles. It allows women to have ungodly power and the ungodly ability to determine their own worldly destinies. God designed men to lead and women to follow and that thought has become abominable even in most of our churches.
Sick world!
Facts from where; "...majority of folks in U.S. ... support ..."?

Although we are to count it all joy when we are persecuted for righteousness sake, our government should impose sanctions if it claims to be Christian.

Have nothing to do with the works of darkness.

“ Servants; Not Tyrants ”
My prayer for the brethren is that the posts minister grace to the reader, and that we will not castigate all the other bloggers. May grace that regenerated us be dispensed to all others so that it raises people up to a level where God is seen; not toward the earthly, devilish devices of fallen may or weak believers. May we not think highly of ourselves as those our Lord is instructing in the scriptures provided in this message. Great and holy is thy name O Lord. Cause us to remember where we were when you delivered us. Etch in our minds those things you've delivered us from. Mainly those things generated by the flesh (old sin nature). Let the words of our posts and the meditation of our hearts raise people to where they see only your glory and where they give thanks for the things God has done in, through, and by his Son. May God bless all of you with truth and power.

“ Great Banquet ”
May we like Jeremiah say "Thy words were found, and I did eat them; and thy word was unto me the joy and rejoicing of mine heart: for I am called by thy name, O LORD God of hosts (Jer. 15:16). My prayers go out to all the bloggers on SA that God be exalted in the hearts of everyone. May the eyes of their understanding be enlightened to the things of God and his person.

“ Great Sermon! ”
More great teaching from Tim Price. His sermons motivate believers to search the scripture through careful study and meditation. Moreso, they cause the hearer to not only cry out for more of the faith-life we're called to live, but more of whatever it takes for Christ to be formed in us. Surely, Christ does all things well.

“ Great Sermon! ”
How can a leader say that he loves his country and violates its laws? Ahaz did. The people follow their leader. America adopted laws to protect citizens. They were the laws of God. But where are we now? Are we seeing the judgment of God through the lens of biblical history? God cannot pull back on justice. All of his wrath had to come down on his son. His wrath more and more is being revealed in nations. As for the people of God; the Israel of God? Egypt was the incubation place of Israel. Israel began in Egypt and an exodus by judgment had to take place in order to separate Israel out of Egypt so that the old shell of Egypt had to be destroyed and the new plant, the new holy seed of Israel is taken out of it. There is so much we can learn from this message. A lot. But beneficial. Our God never sleeps. Neither does he slumber.
