Messiah would still come into the world. The Son of God would enter the world through the birth of the child of whom Isaiah speaks in this text. His birth would be unique for it would be the result of a miracle. His birth would be full of hope for it would be the manifestation of the God-Man Who would come to succeed in every obligation that would be laid upon Him. Chief of all, He would come to take up the government of all, and that government He would discharge with perfect wisdom and ability.
