With a 'hung Parliament' the most likely outcome (i.e. no one party seems destined to poll sufficiently well to achieve an outright majority of the seats in the English Parliament), tremendous energy and incredible expense has been poured into political campaigns with the aim of securing the support of some 'undecided voters.'
We have been treated to an endless string of promises by each of the main candidates as to how they propose to improve the physical benefits of the population.
