God comforts his tried and harried people. He assures us of His help in the midst of oppression. He promises help now to us and doom to His and our enemies. This "Fear ye Not" is a powerful stimulus to be patient unto the day of God's deliverence and to stand up for the Lord in the face of rebellious men.
