Tim, you do the same thing John UK does, you attack anyone who says anything contrary to what you hold to. False accusations and slander can go on and on, just like the lordshippers, law keepers, baby dunkers, and conditionalists, free willies hate it because they get no part in saving themselves.
Scripture has been provided for repeatedly, but it never sinks in or makes sense in a mind yet unregenerate. YOU made railing accusations against them, and you don't see the horror in that. So, YOU need to contact them and verify what your opinionated rant states. You like to point out how sinful others are, most recently Neil came under fire by you, yet you don't look within. It's always easier to rail against others isn't it Tim? That seems to be wildly popular here, rip others to shreds, exalt 'self', move on. Lather, rinse, repeat....
"If they cared for my soul, they would contact me"-- a diversion tactic to take the responsibility OFF you and place it on people who don't even know what you've said about them!! how on earth do they even know what your railing accusations are IF you don't make them aware, if you don't bring it to them personally? Are you aware evil speaking is a no no Tim? Look into Eph. 4:31

Tim, in all fairness, your Arminian gospel has been addressed here repeatedly, you mock, you attack, you lash out, like you're doing now. You make ridiculous accusations out of ignorance, all because your accursed gospel has been scrutinized when lined up to God's gospel of grace. You hate the fact that you play NO PART in your 'salvation', so you lash out at God's truth, mocking and criticizing. 'For by grace are ye saved, through faith, and that not of yourselves, it is a gift of God, not of works, lest any man boast- Eph. 2:8,9. This is the 'good news'- Christ has completely redeemed His elect, given to Him by God, He has finished the work. There's no need to add to it, the elect 'rest' in Him. We are clothed in HIS righteousness, not our own self righteous rags of works, free will, etc. dung. You won't understand this true Gospel unless God opens your mind to it. The one and ONLY thing I will ever agree with JMac on is this, 'there is no pandemic'. True, it has fizzled out, but this being an election year, the desperate Democrats must keep beating this dead horse in order to throw the election. Seems their sinister ways are being revealed more and more each day.

Him Alone- very true. Like Stevenr said, I am not hiding either. I've been on this forum for a bit, being attacked is nothing new. I've been labeled a feminist, a member of some unholy trinity, a liar, etc. It's all good, it is NOT about me. It's about Christ and His glorious Gospel of GRACE, a Gospel that reveals the righteousness of God. A gospel that adds no works, no conditions- simply grace. Being labeled an antinomian is nothing new either.
The true Gospel of sovereign grace is foreign to many here, and many in the world. They always want to add some 'work', like law keeping, even though the law can't be kept. If you stumble at one point, you are guilty of all{James 2:10}. Infant baptism is another stumbling block here, as is the free will accursed gospel, the universal gospel, i.e., Jesus died for 'all' and made salvation possible for all, but only the elect will believe - dung. You don't have to believe 'my way', you must believe the Gospel as God reveals it, and you will IF you are one of the elect. If you tweak it just slightly, you have another gospel. Only God can open ears and minds to this. Persecution always, always comes from the 'religious'  To HIS GLORY indeed |

JohnUK, I am not really interested in any go rounds with you, I know how you work. You take people down rabbit trails, use diversions, make all kinds of railings against those who can see through your brand of religion, etc. As I stated, the elect can spot your errors, starting with your mixed gospel of works and grace.
Your way of handling things is to try and get people banned or disagreeing with you. You like to belittle, when that doesn't work you resort to threats.
Your threat, " I shall have to tell him that you reject very nearly all the broadcasters on SA, and behave like a cult member, who is determined to get everyone else to sign up and be your disciple. Well, it is not going to happen." -is laughable. Where did you learn that bullying technique? BTW, I listen to several s.g. preachers on SA, so your accusation is without warrant.
Pretty sure that won't happen. It's funny you mention the devil, since you yourself are quite fond of his disciples, i.e., Madame Guyon, and of course, the late Billy Graham and his decision style religion. You like to lord over others, I've seen how you handle any who disagree with you. There's no point in wasting time with someone who hasn't ears to hear. Enjoy whatever time God gives you on this earth.... |

Scripture was given, context was explained, repentance defined...your problem isn't with me John UK, your problem is with the true Christ, who calls sinners to repent, I.e., change their minds, about their continued efforts at dead works to earn merit, to leave those dead works and look solely to His 'finoshed work' as the o nly means of salvation.stop thinking you must repent of sin in order to be accepted, you still sin everyday! There's no salvation in what YOU do, God does not look to you, He only looks to Christ's finished work as the propitiation for sin. Stop playing co redemptor.
'Therefore, having left the beginning teaching of the Christ, we should go on to maturity, not laying again a foundation of 👉repentance from dead works👈, and faith in God', God will grant repentance that leads to a knowledge of truth to His elect. |

'works meet for repentance'- it is vital to keep that in the context of the chapter-7But when he saw many of the Pharisees and Sadducees come to his baptism, he said unto them, O generation of vipers, who hath warned you to flee from the wrath to come?-Christ is speaking to the self righteous religious sect of His day who insisted their acceptance before God was their dead works, here He tells them 'Therefore produce fruit worthy of repentance'-a change of mind- the fruit is that they would change their minds about their dead works and believe solely on Christ's finished work. This is the repentance towards God, the repentance from dead works, the repentance that leads to a knowledge of truth spoken of in Heb 6 and 2 Tim 2:25 as necessary for salvation. It's given by God, it leads to the True Gospel, and it reveals your pitiful and worthless attempts at earning any merit through your dead works. True repentance bears the fruit of believing on Him alone and ceasing from a Pharisee mindset of works.
how much more will the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered Himself unblemished to God, 👉purify our conscience from dead works👈, in order to serve the living God!- Heb 9:14 |
