“ Great truths. ” The text of this message is Mark 8:27-38, not Psalm 133. It is a good message about the price a man must pay to follow the Lord Jesus.
“ Great lessons. ” Good and useful message. I liked especially the balance between the confession of our unworthiness and the consciousness of walking with the Lord. Spiritual maturity means not only that we grow in seeing more clearly out unworthiness and the danger and ugliness of our sinful flesh, but also to be conscious of our love and dedication for the Lord. David had this balance; Paul had this balance, which lacks in some preachers. Like Peter, we can say: “Lord, I know my unworthiness, but, Lord, You know that I love You!”
“ Applying the truth. ” Listening to this sermon I thought that the children of God believe the Bible when it says that the unsaved live in lies and falsehood. But still, they hope that unsaved politicians, unsaved people working in mass-media will spoke the truth. We must apply the Word in these areas as well and not be naive...
“ Interesting! ” It was very good to listen to this testimony. I praise the Lord for His grace given to this man and preacher. May the Lord bless you with fruitfulness in all your days!
“ Useful. ” Good message about the difference of walking in the flesh and walking in the Spirit. We need to see things and life with spiritual eyes, illuminated by the Spirit of God.
