“ Great Sermon! ” God's sovereignty is a blessing and encourages us to pray. Because he is sovereign, he is all powerful. Often my prayers do not reflect his total control of all things. I am encouraged to pray, confidently trusting our God.

“ Excellent Sermon! ” I love serious preaching and teaching. Pastor reminds us that we can never take the word of God lightly. We are not the evaluator of our sin. God's word is the standard. I was challenged to heed the word in every circumstance. God even says to test him! Amazing. Like the nation of Israel, I am not consumed today and exist because of God's covenant purpose. Great is thy faithfulness Lord unto me.

We have to love something more than our addiction And God is the answer.

The power of God in the new creation, and what He did to make this a reality for me is amazing grace. I cannot help but live to please my God and honor Him in every aspect of my life.

Also, if Paul could not describe with words his heavenly rapture, how can people who claim to have gone to heaven and written books about it be credible?

It's a law of the soul-we become like what we value, worship, give our attention to and so on. It's in knowing and apprehending the goodness of God that leads us to repentance. God is for us!
