SERMON INFO
Day by day, we are bombarded by the advertising world concerning things which we are supposed to need. We are encouraged to live for the here and now, and to get what we want --- NOW.

But what about the hereafter ? What about considering what will become of your soul ?

Men and women today in general place little or no value upon their souls - yet it is the greatest possession which we have !

Stephen Smith here looks at the rich man in Luke chapter 12, and the DEVALUATION of his soul and the DIRECTION which his life was taking.

Have you devalued your soul ?
What direction is your life taking ?

Take out God`s Word as you listen to this sermon, and NOW - rightly value your soul, and change your direction - through repentance and faith in the Lord Jesus Christ, and settle this great matter once and for all.

LUKE 12: 19-21

19 And I will say to my soul, Soul, thou hast much goods laid up for many years; take thine ease, eat, drink, and be merry.

20 But God said unto him, Thou fool, this night thy soul shall be required of thee: then whose shall those things be, which thou hast provided?

21 So is he that layeth up treasure for himself, and is not rich toward God.

I`ve a soul to be saved
May this truth be engraved
On my mind and my heart while I`m young
Oh how awful the cost
If my soul should be lost
And in hell if I die as I am.
