Paul was surrendered to do the will of God. We must ask if this is unique to Paul the apostle? Is this immediate response only to be found in the conversion of Saul of Tarsus or is it the norm for each and every convert to the gospel. How you answer this question will determine your style of Christianity. If you believe that conversion is only a psychological change through persuading men to accept certain truths then that might be enough. But if we believe that each and every conversion through the gospel is a miracle of renewing the will then your Christianity must be a far reaching and powerful thing.
