“ Great Sermon! ” I love this. Very good. Actually, in all the times I've heard sermons on Christ's burial, it's the first time I've heard someone speak about the commitment of Joseph and Nicodemus in daring to defile themselves by handling a dead body. It was a bold, fearless statement as true followers of the Messiah. Not to mention the cost to themselves for the rest of their lives.
“ Great Sermon! ” This is an excellent message. First time I've listened to this particular pastor. This is from 1996, the audio is very good, and the message is very relevant for today.
“ Great Sermon! ” I don't normally listen to Dr. Paisley as he's a bit loud for my tastes. Silly me. But please, please don't miss this magnificent message. Allow it to carry you along as I did back to eternity past, and then forward through earth's history to present time. You will be blessed and your soul will be lifted up and deeply stirred with love for our Redeemer.
I remember that morning, believe was a Tuesday, dressing for work with TV on. I was stunned at the staggering horror of it. Watching some clips today, it was no less overwhelmingly horrible than 14 years ago. And today I feel like our nation is just crumbling like the towers did. And yet, I know Christ is on His throne.
