Agree with the Spurgeon quote. Not a drop of precious blood was wasted on someone who will reject the sacrifice. The doctrine of election is clear from scripture. We might not understand it fully, we might not like it because we don't understand it fully, but we have can't deny it and change the word of God to fit our likes or dislikes. That would be creating a God in our image. |
